Hydrangea House Inn offers ten individually decorated rooms and suites with fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, and bathrobes. Suites include a two-person spa tub, glass-enclosed marble shower with steam bath, and iPod hook-ups. All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, CD players, and plush robes. The Winter Garden Suite features a shower the size of a small studio apartment.

A gourmet breakfast is served daily in the formal dining room, decorated with reds, golds, and browns, featuring four-foot candelabras and a crystal chandelier. Complimentary wine and cheese are served each afternoon in the parlor or on one of the inn's porches. Homemade chocolate chip cookies are available nightly.

The inn is on Bellevue Avenue in Newport's Old Quarter, 300 meters from Touro Synagogue and 500 meters from the International Tennis Hall of Fame. It's an 8-minute walk to the harbor front, with shops, restaurants, and galleries. The Newport trolley stops in front of the inn, providing access to the Gilded Age mansions, including those once owned by the Astors and Vanderbilts.

Guests have access to concierge services, complimentary Wi-Fi in communal areas, and on-site parking. The property includes fire extinguishers and a first aid kit for safety. Private lot parking allows easy access to Newport's harbor front.
